The name of the bar and restaurant in the pre-war Chinese tenement offers a clue to the type of business that was previously run there. Its original tenant was the famous Woo Cheong Pawn Shop. Local artist Stanley Wong has since breathed new life into the venue, while carefully maintaining many of its original features.
