Are the wheelchair customers welcomed to participate the walking tours?

A.

Since some of the sidewalks are quite narrow with busy traffic passing by. We would not encourage our participants to come in a wheelchair or bring a stroller.

Are all walking tours conducted by licensed tour guide?

A.

Yes, all our walking tours are led by licensed tour guides that have attained the tourist guide licenses from the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong.

Is there a minimum no of participants?

A.

Yes, we need minimum 2 adults to operate the tour.

Can we bring our children to the walking tours?

A.

Of course, children are welcome to participate all our walking tours.  Except our foodie tour, every paid adult can bring maximum 2 children aged from 2 – 12 years old for free.  For our foodie walking tour, every paid adult can still bring maximum 2 children from 2 – 6 years at no charge while children aged from 7 – 12 years old are considered as youth and youth price is available.

Do we stop at any “appointed shops” for compulsory shopping?

A.

Surely not, we will not take you to any “commercial shops”, we guarantee no commercial shopping are made on the tour.

What should I wear and bring during the walking tour?

A.

As we will be walking and standing for most of the tour, so comfortable shoes and clothing is recommended.  If the weather forecast is a rainy day, please also bring your umbrella or rain gear with you.

Do you operate the tour in other languages other than English?

A.

Sorry, we conduct all our walking tours in English only.

If I am vegetarian, can I still join the foodie tour?

A.

Yes, vegetarian option is also available, please let us know upon making booking.

Are gratuities include?

A.

No, Gratuities are not included in the tour fee. If you think our tour guides have done a great job, they would greatly appreciate any gratuities.

How do I make my walking tour booking?

A.

A : To book a tour, please complete our booking form or simply send us an email, we will reply you with confirmation via email within 24 hours.

How late can I book my walking tour?

A.

Booking has to be made at least 48 hours prior to the tour departure time.

Will the tour still on if the weather is bad?

A.

All tours take place as scheduled except under Red/Black rain storm warning or Typhoon signal no 8 or above

Can I cancel my booking for free?

A.

Tour booking can be cancelled for free of charge with more than 7 days prior to the tour departure date.

If tour booking is cancelled within 7 days prior to the tour departure date, 50% of the tour fees are paid.

If tour booking is cancelled within 48 hours (or no show) prior to the tour departure date, 100% tour fees are paid.

Do you arrange private group tour?

A.

Yes, we can tailor make a private group tour’s itinerary according to what you expected, in order to provide the best personalized service to you, we will suggest to limit the group size to maximum 8 – 10 persons, so everyone can be well taken care by our friendly tour guide.

Do we have a long walk on the tour?

A.

It depends on the walking tour you have signed up.  It is around 2 - 2.5 kilometers for a 4 hours walking tour.  However, during half way of the tour, if you like, we can take the public transportation such as MTR train, double-decker bus, trams etc (transportation cost will be on your own expenses). So, you can have more local experience for riding on our public transportation.

Can I join the foodie tour if I have food allergies?

A.

Yes, if you have food allergies, please let us know upon making booking, we will try to avoid and make alternative tastings for you.
